Return Policy

Returns Long

*EFFECTIVE June 1, 2019: HSSB no longer pays for the return shipping label. Customers will be 100% responsible for return shipping fees when using this portal. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. You do have the option of shipping the item back on your own, instead of using this portal, if you wish.

Exchanges: Due to our quick turnaround on inventory, we cannot offer exchanges on items. You may wait for your credit to repurchase the correct size/style if it is still available. However, we recommend purchasing the correct size/style immediately (if available) and using your return store credit for another item.

EFFECTIVE June 1, 2019: Items cannot be returned when a discount of 30% or greater is used.

Returns to process return online and get a prepaid return label (cost of label will be deducted from store credit). Please be sure items meet return qualifications or return will not be approved.

You can return items for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase (in store) or 14 days of package being delivered (online). No refunds will be issued. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached for in store purchases. *Please Note: If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and must be returned  in another box or shipping bag to avoid damage. Do not tape or attach shipping labels on the original shoe box. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package.

All SALE merchandise, jewelry, eyewear, headwear, camis, leggings, bralettes, gift cards and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us. All claims must be made within 3 days (M-F) of delivery date.  We will not accept returns or defective claims on items that are worn or washed. Hot Damn Deal items are final sale. 

Defective/Damaged Items Process:
Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to haute.southern.style.boutique@gmail.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached. Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line. Include the first and last name on your HSSB account, order #, and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.

Swimwear Returns: Swimwear can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of package delivery. Item MUST be unworn and unwashed, in original packaging and liners undamaged and intact. Any items returned that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned at customer's expense, or disposed. 

HSSB VIP Rewards: Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your rewards account. Once you redeem your store credit, your rewards will be re-earned and applied back to your account.

HSSB Holiday Return Policy

Due to the holidays and shopping for gifts, we have created an extended holiday return policy. Any purchases made from November 15th through December 26th can be returned for store credit until January 15th! If you are giving this as a gift, please let them know that the store credit for any returns will be issued to the original purchaser, and you are responsible for forwarding the gift card on to them.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or items changed. 

Coupons/Discount Codes/Sales - Only one coupon/discount will apply towards an order in store or online.  Price adjustments cannot be made after an order has been placed.
